11 Facts:
1. I have thick hair. Very thick hair. So thick that I have been called Lampshade on occasion by my brothers. Or Cousin It.
2. I'm a night owl.
3. I prefer eating at home to eating in restaurants.
4. I love dogs.
5. I currently have a car seat in my room. We needed a place to store the third seat from our Suburban, and my room is very handy.
6. Curling irons never work on my hair.
7. I tend to avoid answering the phone like the plague.
8. I love going barefoot in wet grass.
9. I have all the LOTR Soundtracks on my iPod.
10. I'm terrible at chess.
11. And most other strategy games.
The Answers:
1. What is your earliest memory of reading, or being read to? When I was little and had to take a nap, my Mom would read stories to me to help me go to sleep. There were a lot of different ones, especially Bible stories, but the main ones I remember right now are the Kirsten books from American Girl.
2. Why did you choose to start a blog? I enjoy reading a lot of other people's blogs, and I thought it would be fun to have my own!
3. Since this is the Infinity Dreams Tag, what is your biggest dream, no matter how out there it may seem? Actress.
4. Favorite subject in school? (If you're in school still. If not, what WAS your favorite subject?) Spelling!
5. Where would you live in the world, if you could live anywhere? Either New Zealand or Scotland.
6. How would you describe your personal style? Understated/slightly vintage. I also have a thing for medieval dresses.
7. Who has inspired you? It can be anyone, past, present, fictional, or no. Elisabeth Elliot and J.R.R. Tolkien.
8. Do you prefer open plains, and sparkling beaches, or rugged mountains and wild forests? Rugged mountains and wild forests.
9. If you could meet one celebrity, who would you choose? Yikes, if that happened I would probably make an idiot of myself! I don't think I can choose!
10. Favorite Disney princess? (Or Disney character if you don't prefer princesses.) Belle.
11. Favorite quote? "Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens." J.R.R. Tolkien.

2. I'm a night owl. **YES!! Though my mom and older sister don't let me be a lot of the time.**

4. I love dogs. **Yes!! Except when they are always trying to lick your bare leg when there is a chilly wind blowing!**

4. How many books in a year do you normally read? **Well at an average of 15 per month, that would be about 180 a year.**
5. What are your favorite kinds of blog posts to read? **I don't really know!!**
6. What's your favorite genre of music? **Celtic music.**
7. What's your favorite kind of dessert? **Something with chocolate!**
8. What's your favorite instrument? **I can't actually play any instruments, but I love the violin and want to learn to play it.**
9. Do you prefer glasses or contact lenses? **Don't know, but I think that I would prefer to wear contacts in public, and glasses at home.**
10. How many seasons do you think there should be? **I am content with the ones we have!**
11. What's your idea of a perfect day? **Reading a good book, hanging out with my friends and having ice cream, and all of it being outside!!**

I'll have to try the rollers. My hair is already wavy, but I'm sure it would curl like crazy if it was shorter. My mom says the sheer weight of it straightens it.

Barefoot! I wish I could go barefoot everyday.

Little cold. You can always warm up but you can never cool down!! :P
3. How do you like to wear your hair?
How I like to wear my hair or how I normally wear my hair? Haha. Normally my hair is pulled back in a lazy pony because then it will stay out of my way. But I like the look of it when it's down and loose. I don't take time to style my hair.
4. How many books in a year do you normally read?
I don't know. I haven't had a good reading year for a long time. It's something I'm trying to work on this year.
5. What are your favorite kinds of blog posts to read?
Weell, I like life stories and I also like to read about movies or books that someone likes and why. Oh, and I like games too.
6. What's your favorite genre of music?
Movie soundtracks. They engage my mind when I'm writing.
7. What's your favorite kind of dessert?
Chocolate cake with lots of frosting! Homemade frosting.
8. What's your favorite instrument?
Who's playing it? I like the piano but if Mary Bennet is playing then I'll pass. ;)
9. Do you prefer glasses or contact lenses?
I don't 'have' to wear either but I actually do have a pair of glasses that I wear just for fun. I think they're cute.
10. How many seasons do you think there should be?
Four. Just like we have.

Hmmm, I'm not sure. Something pleasantly outdoors with a cooling breeze.

1. Would you rather wear stilts or go barefoot at a wedding? Definitely barefoot. I go barefoot almost as often as I can anyway, so I'd be pretty comfortable :)
2. Would you rather be a little hot or a little cold? A little cold. (Really weird fact about me: I like the feeling of being a little cold, and of being a little hungry. I DO NOT KNOW WHY.)
3. How do you like to wear your hair? I usually just leave it down, but if I'm making an effort, in a bun or in a braid.
4. How many books in a year do you normally read? Goodness, I don't know…it really depends. I hesitate to guess for fear of over- or under-shooting it ;D
5. What are your favorite kinds of blog posts to read? Hmm…I really like most kinds. I love practically anything movie/book-related, and just random life sound bytes are cool, and other random creative stuff.
6. What's your favorite genre of music? SOUNDTRACK! (Especially cast recordings.) And folk/ballad :)
7. What's your favorite kind of dessert? Depends on my mood :P
8. What's your favorite instrument? Well…I guess the piano, the flute, the harp, or another string instrument.
9. Do you prefer glasses or contact lenses? Again, it depends! I don't use either, but I'd probably wear contact lenses if I had to, though glasses can be cute too.
10. How many seasons do you think there should be? Four. Four seems good ;D Though I'd be happy if spring absorbed summer. That'd be cool.
